Off-road ATV/UTV winch accessories, commonly known in the industry as winch rubber stops, cable limit blocks, or winch hook plugs, designed for use with synthetic winch ropes.

1. Main yellow block-shaped component

Made of rubber, it is impact-resistant and wear-resistant. The central through-hole is designed for threading the synthetic winch rope; four hex socket set screws secure it to the winch rope.

Function: Limits the movement of the winch hook to prevent it from directly striking the winch guide port, thereby protecting the winch, rope, and hook, and avoiding damage to equipment caused by violent impacts from the hook during winch retrieval.

2. Internal Structure: The main body can be opened in half. It comes with bolts, flat washers, and anti-slip toothed washers, making it easy to install and remove. There is no need to cut the winch rope; it can be clamped directly onto the cable.

3. Black L-shaped Allen wrench

A tool included in the set, used to tighten the 4 mounting screws to complete the installation.

Applications

- Compatible Vehicles: ATVs, UTVs, off-road vehicles, and all-terrain vehicles with electric winches

- Function: When the winch is reeling in the rope, this stop block retracts with the cable and stops when it hits the winch guide port, preventing the metal hook from violently striking the winch body. This protects both the winch and the cable while reducing impact noise.

- Material Advantages: Made of polyurethane for cushioning and shock absorption, it provides a gentler stop than hard metal stops and does not damage synthetic winch ropes.
